“I have been a Realtor for more than 26 years in the same area and am licensed in MA, RI and FL. Real Estate has and always will be my career choice.”

“Yes! I specialize in the Southeastern MA as well as most of the RI area. I have been a resident of Attleboro for 37 years and believe it is one of the finest communities in southeastern New England. That’s why it’s so easy for me to sell my own community. I grew up in Rhode Island so I know that area very well also.”

“Real Estate is my profession! I have earned the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) designations. Only 5% of all Realtors have achieved the CRS designation. In addition, I am an (ABR) “Accredited Buyer Representative.” Only about 20,000 Realtrs in the entire country hold all three and I am proud to be one of them. “I have achieved many millions of dollors in sales in these areas and my goal is to continue to be a dominant force in the market”

“90% of my business is referral from friends, past clients and other agents. I work on a referral basis with all of the top producing agents in my area and belong to a network of over 500 of the highest dollar volume real estate agents worldwide. This gives me a strong buyer base.”

“I am a current resident of Attleboro (since 1970) and prior to that, E. Prov., RI. This is a delightfully small city with a beautiful park, one of the best school systems in the state, a YMCA, Library, churches and pretty suburban and country areas. “Since 2000, I have been affiliated with RE/MAX Real Estate Center and formerly with Century 21, Ed Pariseau Realtors for 19 years.

“I have not only successfully negotiated a multitude of sales, some of them very difficult but I developed and instructed at 40-hour training course on negotiating and many other aspects of real estate during the time I held the position of ‘Director of Education’ for Ed Pariseau Real Estate, Inc.
